​Where do you ship?

At this time we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand internationally very soon.

When will my order ship/arrive? 

​

All items are handmade + shipped from Southern California. Please allow 3-5 business days for your items to be shipped, and 2-6 business days for your order to arrive via USPS. Once shipped you will receive a tracking number for your order. ​

How much does shipping cost?

​

U.S. orders ship for a flat rate of $6.95

Shipping is free on all U.S. orders of at least $49​​​

What size should I order?

​

Our bracelets come in sizes 6.5", 7",  and 7.5". You can also have a custom size made. To get your bracelet size measure your wrist with a soft measuring tape. When measuring we recommend you leave some room so that the bracelet can move on your wrist.

Returns, Exchanges + Repairs?​

​

​Unfortunately at this time 21 and The Moon is unable to accept returns.

In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we are happy to replace the item with a new one within 14 days of receiving your product. If your mala or bracelet breaks within 60 days of purchase we are happy to restring it at no additional cost. Please contact hello@21andthemoon.com for further instructions on exchanges and repairs.
